GPS Tracking device for Desktop Computer

Thread Starter
I am looking for a GPS tracking device I can install inside of my computer which will look inconspicuous and also survive a reformat. Perhaps something like a PCI card with software running independent of the computer's OS or BIOS?

I'd even consider a device which simply attaches to the inside of the case. Only thing is, it must have both battery capabilities and the ability to draw power from the PSU.

Anyone know if such a thing exists?

Look at the devices that you put on a car to track it.
They must be battery powered and/or run off of 12v.
