Best overclocking/voltage control software for amd cards?

I have a powercolor pcs 290, i was using msi afterburner and today it say its going to expire on the 28th of march!

i said what?!!!! nooooooooo way i need you

then i looked it up and basically didnt know that msi afterburner is meant explicitly for msi cards just like Asus gpu tweak is meant for asus cards.

Now begs the question, how do the rest of us amd users get to go on, in regards to changing voltages, etc.
I want to undervolt my card and underclock it actually and its become so complicated since i cant access voltage control with asus gpu tweak and msi afternburner doesnt make sense to me
im not experienced but i understand some things in overclocking

now afterburner doesnt show core voltage in decimal form, you can only add or reduce voltages so im left here scratching my head, how the heck am i gonna change this pcs powercolor 290 back to its stock 290 brother. headscratch.gif

I'm pretty sure it means the latest beta will expire on the 28th. You can use Afterburner with any gpu.

Maybe flash your bios to an MSI bios?

yea i cant do that, the dude said it can open up a can of worms and someone said after the unlock that even changing the mv by 10 caused bsod and other problems

thanks though.
and im not sure about how to flash bios, like what could possibly go wrong and is there a way to recover the card? is there certainty that you can even recover a card if you brick the card or something else happens?

Backup up your original bios then try flashing it with an MSI bios that is the same as your card. If your card is reference design and the MSI bios is from a reference card then it will most likely work because they both are identical hardware wise. You can recover from a brick or bad flash, I have done it many times before. Otherwise as said before, if the software is in beta for testing and it's going to expire why not just wait for the official release? Afterburner should work on any card unless MSI has officially locked it to only MSI cards through bios.
