H440 or 350D for silent computing?

Thread Starter
I am currently debating about either going with the Corsair 350D or the NZXT H440 for my next build. The H440 undoubtedly has the looks...but how silent is it really? That would be one main factor on my next build since my current build is kind of noisy even at the lowest case fans settings. Since the H440 is from the hush series I would assume pretty quiet? I'll be running an EVGA GTX 770 SC (never planning to run dual GPUs ever) and a Corsair H100i or Kraken X60 (what ever is on sale). Does anyone here have an experience with the H440 or the 350D? Needless to say I'll be overclocking both the CPU and GPU.

EDIT: Posted this in the wrong forum...should be in the "Cases" forum.

The H440 has sound deadening foam and should be more quiet than the 350D since that one doesn't have any sound deadening foam in it.

OC3D has a good review on the H440 that may help you out.

For what it's worth i think the H440 looks better than the 350D, because it has no optical drive bays up front!
