If so, that's just my light, that has a yellow-ish tinge to it. Could be that?

I realised:

That has a reasonably large scratch on it - no idea if that really effects anything

i was re-furring to this one... looks like a tone of voltage has gone through it...

http://cdn.overclock.net/0/00/0038a1d8_DSC00718.jpeg

also a few days ago there was one of these cards that was taken to 2ghz... if so i hope it is not this one as it is pretty much going to degrade very fast.

You mean this? (just trying to know what to take a better pic of) smile.gif!
If so - then yes the colour is like that, and that hasn't got anything to do with my lighting.

EDIT:
I know what you're talking about now - I'll take more pics!
Here's pics of the card from a review:

110% sure it's a faulty card now - ran BF4, crashed upon loading.
Had enough of wasting my time really. Going to fill out the paypal claim now.

Thank to all those that helped.

You ever try turning the GPU clock down or giving it more voltage & increasing power %.

The GPU screen shot seemed a little off, I don't think that Gigabyte card comes with a stock clock that high, maybe the previous owner flashed it to higher clock speed?

It isn't a Gigabyte card, it is a KFA2.
I also don't see WHY I should touch it in any respect. If it has been OC'ed, tampered with in any way (as not stated by the seller) - all the more reason not to trust the card.

PS.
You're absolutely bang on:
"- Core Clock: 1150MHz (GK104)
- Core Boost Clock: 1215MHz
- Memory: 2048MB GDDR5
- Memory Clock: 6008MHz (Effective)"

Source:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-030-KF

Mine was 1202, 1268.

EDIT 2:
http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/kfa2-geforce-gtx-680-ltd-oc-2048mb-review-uk-exclusive-1268mhz-white-pcb/

Actually mine is correct, it is a slightly more factory OC'ed model.

Thought to update you guys - seller agreed to a refund, I paid postage back.
Refund has been arranged via paypal. I'm glad this seller took a look at this thread and the paypal dispute.
