When I returned my asrock mobo they deducted 5% of my refund because it was opened.

haha, well who ever buys it at a discount won't be so lucky cause I think I've knocked off a couple years of its life expectancy trying to use that 9590 chip on it, or I knocked off years off my chip, I don't know lol

Well, fins can be rebent, and the warranty on the fan from Arctic Freezer is an amazing 6 years. So as long as you didnt puncture the heat pipes or scratch the base too bad, it could still be a good deal. biggrin.gif

Its performance is going to be close to the AC Extreme air cooler or maybe even less. The H60 doesnt have much radiator area, even less than the AC Extreme.

oh wow, my chassis only has one vent at the top to support that one radiator. Now I have to return the case maybe haha. Omg. I guess I have to still stick with air cooling or get some sort of really good water cooling with one rad.

the 990fx boards are a tad expensive but trust me, it seriously will save you in the long run. Plus he Saber tooth I got is really nice looking and has a ton of heat sinks.

Yeah man for sure, I just need to get it up and running with cool temperatures and also a OS. I can tell you I was running minecraft at the time at 50-120fps with the asrock 970 before I had to return it cause it was the wwrong board for this beast of a cpu. also the cpu was throttled so I'm guessing I can get more frame rates with my new board. gpu is the nvidia 650 128bit.
