My CPU can go up to 3.2. I have had it to 3.6 which eventually because 3.4 and after a handful of time it would give me problems and now it had been for really really long at 3.2. I would love more but it does not feel like running faster XD

The power supply recommendation is for powering the entire system, not just the video card. 360W of 12V power is a typical capacity of some decent 400W PSUs. It's even the +12V capacity of the 360W SeaSonic G Series. 60A on 12V power is 720W...
Anyway, I'm not really knowledgeable when it comes to video cards. I'll have to let someone else answer this who can provide a more definitive answer. Personally, I would just go with what I can afford since I don't know any better.
I can afford even a 770 honestly, but "lol". I would never buy such an awesome card and put it inside my pc. I feel my pc would die.. of shame for being too weak to work along with it XD

Thanks for the reassuring words, but honestly I want a 760 except if my PC will jsut perform the same with an 750 ti or ever something lesser.
