Got a 2nd External monitor, now having display crashing/failing issues.

I have no idea what the hell is going on, but I didn't have this problem at all running a single monitor, but I got a new IPS panel to replace my cheapo panel and turns out the thing doesn't overclock or downsample at all.
So since there's a restockinging fee I said "screw it" and demoted it to be being a portrait external monitor for webpages and stuff while I'm gaming.
Only problem is that since introducing this new monitor, I'm having a repeated problem thats really pissed me the hell off.

Now with this new monitor reguardless of connector is causing, i have no idea what it's called, but my main monitor is crashing. Where the display errors out and shows lines or blocks. The computer didnt crash itself. Can still hear the audio and programs.
now this has NEVER happened while using a single monitor, but after the 6th "crash" today, the new monitor got chucked across the room(still works, but I'm about ready to a boot to the screen just to describe how aggrevating this is.)

I'm in the middle of browsing the internet, or talking to my gf on steam or something, and "crash" main monitor goes down.
this has never freakin happened before.
this problem has been doing this since i got the new monitor, and I have no idea what's going on.

info and specs
Video card: Radeon HD 7970M, 13.10 drivers
Main monitor: Asus VS207T 1600x900 running OGSSAA 2160x1215@56.9hz + 1280x720@77hz
Connector: Sapphire active adaptor: MiniDP to DVI
2ndary: Dell P2014H IPS 1600x900, running OGSSAA 1080P@60hz
Connector: VGA(DSub) cable or HDMI to DVI cable

This issue has got me pretty pissed because I'm used to absolute flawless operation with my machine. 24/7 uptime without a problem, but now this little issue has me pretty irrate.

Try running it all at the same frequency? Newest drivers?

Is that some sort of laptop?

Why wouldn't you simply return it due to this fault ?

Throwing things around is hardly adult behaviour (?)

I really don't mean to be rude, but I listed the external monitors I'm using...
I'm using 2 different external monitors, not the native built in display.

Also thank you for insulting me, It's very helpful.

Well I'm sorry you see me as insulting, it's always helpful to accurately specify the full system to let people here help you.

As I know nothing about laptops I wish you the best of luck sorting it out.

I would still return the monitor IF there are no well documented problems with similar set-ups.

I'd be more than happy to return the thing if there wasn't a restocking fee. But I'd rather just resolve this issue.

edit: I think i found the issue, It was with HTML5 and Flash hardware acceleration.
Turned them off and it hasn't seemed to happen again.

Are you overclocking the video card's memory clock? AMD cards are programmed to switch clock speeds when video acceleration is active, but the memory clock is not supposed to change when using multiple monitors.

ToastyX the guy who made CRU?
If so
Awesome program man, absolutely love what it does.

Turning off the hardware acceleration fixed the issue, I'm not too concerned about it now.
