it will work but your board will fail, still only a 4 phase if i remember. for the 9370 which runs at 1.5v stock you need an 8 phase minimum. even the 8320/50 its recommended to get an 8 phase vrm as well.

I grabbed the 9370 when it was 200 , it didnt clock much higher than my 8320. still you need a 240mm rad minimum to keep this thing somewhat cool, as long as you dont go near full load you will be ok. my two rads barely keeps this thing cool overclocked under high load.

it also will heat your room haha didnt need my heat all winter, actually had to open my window.

Hey i have an 8120 paired with 760 SLI and gaming is a breeze. I also use the 990fx killer motherboard and its a beast. I over locked my 8120 to 4.3 ghz using evo 212 cooler. Get an 8350 with the 990fx board and you'll be fine. Trust me.

212 cooler on the 9370 is a no.

I tried it, idling at 45+, 70+ under load for just a minute in prime95.

I was pretty quick at chucking on an H100i to deal with the silly amount of heat it generates.

Thats about what I figured. A second fan on the 212 will net you about 2C cooler, probably enough for another 5 or so minutes.
