Ok, that makes more sense. You are on water which makes 1400 mhz doable with a beastly card like this.

But did you notice that Precision-X was showing 1.20v and gpu-z VDDC was reading 1.164v actual?

Does gpu-z VDDC report voltage as being over 1.212v at any time?

yep I set voltage at +26mV

show 1.200 in Precision

and generally show 1.195 in Gpu-Z, just filmed at wrong time

but I will retry the 1400 next week with higher voltage and check, will post pics

Actually, if gpu-z is reading 1.164v or 1.195v then it's reading something wrong.

Adjustments to voltage are made in .013 increments with some jumps being .012 because of rounding.

The voltage reading in the bios are setup like this.

1150mv - 1162.5mv - 1175mv - 1187.5mv - 1200mv - 1212.5mv

But one thing this does all explain is that you can see higher voltages because you are on water. Nvidia's boost 2.0 has temps and voltage tied together pretty strictly. Someone who is on a water loop with a constant 45c is going to be allowed more voltage than anybody on air.

i apply it and i saw it in precision X and GPU-Z when running Valley

you put a doubt in my head now

i will return home and take some pics, i will not let my wife did this

but im sure, i can put more voltage on both card, i reach 1400mhz, just dont remember the voltage and had some artefact

and run both at 1345Mhz, at 1.2v for 24/7 OC

you see this in the video i posted in previous post in this thread, look at 1:47

but my point is how some are lock at 1.187v and other can go higher with same revision and same bios?

how bios can choose this one cant go over 1.187?????

Yes that's what i'm talking about its really weird same HOF same version same bios and same rev b1 but different voltage reading?

So if i have WatreCooling for the HOF beast i can see higher voltage + Higher Core Clocks??
