My 980Ti HOF shipped today biggrin.gif

I was between it and the Gigabyte G1 but decided on the HOF Ti for such minimal difference in price. Hope it's as good as people say it is thumb.gif

I'm getting 1405mhz on stock so it's a pretty good card to say the least

I ordered my 980 Ti HoF in mid July, and the waterblock a few weeks later from Highflow. Finally received it a week ago and got the loop going on the weekend. Very impressed with the temps so far and I'm trying to find a good OC. I'm getting about 45° under load at 1400mhz at 30° ambient so pretty bloody happy. Using the custom BIOS that Galax sent to me to unlock voltage.

Can you share the bios with us?

Still fiddling around with it. I've gone back to the BIOS from Tucker (the stock 980 Ti HoF WC one) from http://www.overclock.net/t/1476455/official-galax-galaxy-kfa2-hof-owners-club/2530#post_24472210
I'l also using the unlocked voltage bios which was linked in the Galax document - I'm not sure if it's been posted here, can I post it?
I was told the button on the back is a BIOS switcher - how does it work? Does the computer need to be off or card disabled to use it?

Edit: I just realised I joined these forums 6 and a half years ago and only first posted today haha.

WOW, thanks! Yeah Highflow had forever to wait in order to get supply from bitspower. It drove me insane while others were buying and receiving their WCE cards. Im doing 1508 mhz at 41 load at idk what ambient, with a 71% asic card. I watercooled the backplate too.

I think all the switch at the back does is increase the fan speed that's all ( from what I've found by looking so might be wrong ).
Have u tried increaseing the volts offset in msi afterburner or evga? I've tried but the voltage still remains the same for me.
Also did u get 1400mhz with the bios I gave u or did u still have to up your offset to reach that?

Ps u can upload your kfa2 bios here it's fine.

Nope, it's definitely a BIOS switcher. I received documentation from Galax on it (attached). I actually forget which BIOS I got 1400MHz in, but I'm going to have another look tonight. The voltage unlocked one has stock clock of 1000MHz and boost of 1076MHz but I can't tell what the voltage is. It says 1.062 in the Xtreme Tuner Plus software, but when I run a bench it goes up to 1.212 in the results. Will keep you updated after work. 980TiHOFDualBIOSappendix.doc 323k .doc file
