So I bought this card as it's the cheapest here in South Africa. I'm a little bit dissapointed in my Asic quality as it's only 65%. stock I get 1380mhz boost. Already past the standard boost but I'm sad that it doesn't boost over 1400 on stock. but at least it's way better in BF4 at least than my r9 280x crossfire setup that didn't even overclock one bit. So far only tried 80mhz extra and boosts to 1460 now with my voltage on +50.

I'm using msi afterburner and that works great havent tried the memory yet but do you guys have any tips and tricks to overclocking. I've already set my priority to temp and increased my power limit to 20%.

If your changing volts on Msi it won't have increased at all. Voltage is locked so only way to up them is a bios mod or via the hof Nvvdd tool. Check out the start of the thread for the download link.

I tried the hof NVVDD and I can't change volts whatsoever on that tool. To be honest I can still overclock further I just haven't tried to overclock further

I have found that the card does not like extra Volts, but I think it's Volt locked anyways because it always reads 1.2V max. My ASIC is 69% a little disappointing for me as well but it's performing so far on air. My last stable run was power limit to 110% (10%) with +108 on the core and + 405 on the memory. Volts at 0. I started off with after burner but got tired of the way it was working and deleted it and now use Precision X 16 from
EVGA and I'm a happy camper.

if I set my core volts to +50mv then my memory is constant. when setting the following

core volts: +40mv
core +90
Memory +100
temp target: 90C
power limit: 120%

My gpu is then clocking to 1480 but when I set my core volts to 0 it only clocks to 1450 or something like that.

Ok so my gpu is actually not stable on 1470mhz. so going down 1450mhz. I think it's just not stable anything above that nothing to do with heat as my card only goes to 66C - 70C

Interesting. Today I settled on 1501/3829 for my OC. It runs all three FireStrike but hangs up on Heaven halfway.

Right now my settings are:
Volts: +0 mV
Core: + 109
Memory: +324
Temp Target: 91
Power Target: 120%

I haven't passed 70 degrees with these settings. Adding any voltage at all so far on mine makes it unstable. And the PC runs great with the 4.6 on the CPU. I just can't understand why Heaven hangs up.......

Maybe try lowering your memory clock and test again. I think my memory is the culprit. This is what I can figure out from the past few generations of cards I had. memory overclock tends to be sensitive and that's why I normally only work on core and memory comes last.
