My 465 sli will beat it and I got them for $150. None of it matters as this thread is about his 680. Now go botch up another thread please.

My original post about my 580 was to show that overclocking DOES help performance... a lot. You started an argument about performance when I wasn't trying to offend anybody, just to help out. So it seems as though you sir, are the one who is "botching up this thread."

Edit: And if we are in some Price to performance competition, my 580 was $140 on sale at MicroCenter.

was his question. you dont have sli and your comment had nothing to do with sli. as far as not understanding what you were trying to say, point taken. it wasnt comprehendable the way you worded your statement. and yes i understand now.

until you can prove with a real receipt you paid $150, i call bs. those cards were never priced that low. they have never been priced that low new, used, refurbished or open box. when you live and travel where i do in ohio, you tend to watch prices on all 3 microcenters and even fry's in fishers, indiana.
and yes, i got my evga 465 cards from craigslist at $75 each as they dont unlock.

and im done with the thread. if he wants to know if they will perform better overclocked, he should just overclock and check.
