Help me clear out if i'm in the right direction... (Athlon II X4 620)

Hi overclockers!

I've bought recently a new CPU for my kind of old PC and so far i'm pretty satisfied with the performance, but as I'm from the type that I really like to know if i'm doing things right and if now - what I why is it wrong...

Let's start with my current setup:

CPU: Athlon II X4 620
Cooling: DeepCool Ice Edge Mini FS
PSU: FSP Aurum 500W (Gold 80+)
MoBo: Gigabyte M55S-S3 (Rev. 2.0)
RAM: 2x Patriot G-Series PGS24G6400ELK (2x2GB, 5-5-5-12 @ 1.9V) + 2x Corsair CM2X1024-6400C4 Ver 2.1 (2x1GB, 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1V)
GPU: Gainward GTX275OC

What i've achieved so far:

Quiet & Cool: Off, Memory voltage: +0.1V, PCI-E: 100Mhz

FSB 240 x13 @ 1.35V, HT Multiplier: 4x (HT-Link: 960MHz), Memory: 3.33x as I remember (currently showing 400.4MHz DRAM Frequency, 1920MHz NB frequency.) - with options: Unganged + Bank Sizzle. Memory Timings (set manually) 5-4-4-12 with 2T command rate.

Here come the questions:
- Should I change my Patriot for another 2x Corsair from the same model (which I already have) to achieve better performance?
- Could u propose some kind of tweaks I should do?

In benchmarks like 3Dmark, youll only see a tiny increase, if at all. Chances are the 5-5-5-12 @ 1.9V ram will run at 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1V or at least at 4-5-5-14 @ 2.1 volts.

At ram prices today, I wouldnt.
