need new modem/router ADSL: D6200 Netgear is a good option?

Hi all,
i've recently been experiencing a lot of connection drop from my cheap router, sometimes i can't even reboot it via the web interface because it's unreachable and i have to manually reset it.
I need a new router that can last me a few years, I considered buying a Asus DSL-N66U which looked very good but it has no support for the new wifi standard 11AC, the netgear D6200 seems to be feature packed, there is any other better options in the same price range?
  • D6200 - 117€ from amazon
  • D6300 - 143€ from Amazon

From what i see the only differences between this two routers is the wireless range, am i correct? I think the D6200 should be enough to cover a 2 floor house so i'd rather save a few euros.

Thanks for the help

I would recommend the Billion 7800N if you can get your hands on it, the AU firmware works fine in Italy from what I hear on Whirlpool.

Edit: saw you wanted 11AC, my bad frown.gif
