Power led flashes once and pc will not boot

Thread Starter
As title says.
I have had no issues before upgrading my GPU to a R9 270x Devil, a Cooler Master Glacer 240L and a 1TB hybrid.
No beeps, no codes displayed....nothing. I do not have access to another power supply to test.
Any advice?

Try reseating your components and making sure all 6-8pin power connectors are connected to the videocard.

Did all that.
I jumped the psu and tried my fan controller and the led's in the fans flashed once and didn't spin so I'm under assumption its the psu.
A friend of mine I do a lot of work for went out and picked me up a new psu so I'm going replace it. I just hope the CM720 didn't hurt the motherboard.
