So I have this problem. It take litterly 2-5 minutes to shutdown. I have a Samsung 840 Evo.
My system for daily usage .
Intel core I5 2500K
Asus P8Z68-V
8 GB Kingston HyperX ram.
Cooler master 500 watt.
AMD Radeon HD 7770
Western digital Green 1TB
The SSD Is connected to a SATA 3 port.
What is the problem?
Regards Warface.

Check the event viewer log? There is a way you can put your own custom rule to trace and see why this is happening. I've had this happen before.

I think I fixed it. I turned Hibernation by accident on. Turned it off and everything works as it should .
