Ok so here is what I think I will be getting tomorrow for my loop. Not getting it all at once, to spread out the joy/work. going to paint the rad's white..

Let me know what you all think, or let me know if you all have any of these, or have better options.

Small update for today. Had a very close friend die today, so I may be a little late with my next post.

Finished the side panel and I really like how it turned out.

Also finished the small grate from the bottom.

Paint.... I am fairly sick of it by now, however I am really happy with how things have turned out so far and cannot wait to water cool!

Random small parts I took pictures of while building
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Also I was feeling bad for leaving my wifi card out so I am building it a custom backplate out of one of the leftover mesh ones.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I am removing the HDD cage mounts. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

And FINALLY some final type pictures of the case!

Up next is painting the rest of backplates, and water cooling to come shortly!

Hey great paint job!

Just a suggestion, maybe implement a tiny bit of yellow/golden color, as this goes along with the japan theme:)

Like the imperial army flag

Or the emperors seal

Haha I was born in japan, and I really love going there, my mom isn't Japanese and she speaks it, and it weirds me out whenever she does.

I love the idea! You think it would look good on my water loop fittings/blocks? Maybe also on my thumbscrews... We will see. Still have yet to buy any of the parts for water cooling though. Will be posting with a proposed loop shortly, along with some more progress pics.

I also was planning to go to Japan this summer actually, but I am lined up for an internship that may interfere.

Did a bit of pre extension cable management and I think it looks pretty nice. I used some rubber bands from when I had braces to help tidy up a bit as well.

The back of the case...

The front

Also did a bit of work on my custom wifi card mount. for the back.

Using a dremel to clear this little bit of metal scraps from making the holes.

And here is a picture of it attached before I paint it.

Next up I am going to start getting parts for my water cooling loop.

Going to back to japan is def one of the more memorable family vacations that we went on, you'll love it!

Thanks for considering my idea!

I hope so! I'll likely be spending it with a friend who lives just north of Tokyo.

And I really actually had wanted to add another color originally, and you just so happened to provide one that fits perfectly in with the theme! I was thinking blue and red, or red and green, but gold will look 1,000,000 times more clean.

Ahh its been a while, but I finally have something to show. Will have more once I am home. Did a almost scale drawing of the loop. I will be using the Alphacool NexXos triple 140mm rad (420mm) with a thickness of 60mm, and a dual 140 (280mm) with a thickness of 85mm, the Swiftech mcp655 (haven't decided which variant yet. I also will be attempting to do a rigid acrylic loop. (God only knows how that will work out...) And the Ek multi-option x3 250mm. Undecided on fittings, as well as tubing yet.. Again...

Going to be doing some better measurements for those who want to check clearances...
