I just installed unigine heaven benchmark 4.0 and when running the benchmark one of my evga gtx 780 sc acx's is running at 75c and the other one is running at 60c . is this normal for the cards to be running at different temperatures in sli mode ?

Most SLI setups don't have exactly the same temps, so it's not uncommon to see slight differences. But a 15°C difference is quite substantial. Your temps are still OK, so nothing to be worried about there.

Just to toss out a few ideas - You have the same OC applied to each card? Fan speeds are ramping up properly on each card? The warmer card isn't being blocked by another PCI device or anything?

Perfectly normal. Think about all the heat the top card is pulling off of the bottom one, compared to the bottom (hopefully) getting fresh air.

both cards are evga gtx 780 sc acx cards on stock clock the temps on one card gets from 60c to 68c and the other card gets from 70c to 75c the temps I gave you before were the average temps . also both cards are running at 3004mhz is that the normal speed for the evga gtx 780 sc acx

3004 sounds like the memory speed for the both. The core clocks should be 967 stock and 1020 boost.

the heavan benchmark only shows fps memory and temps unless there is onother way to benchmark clock speed

Use HWinfo 64 and that will keep a record of your temps, clock speeds, memory speeds and a ton of other stuff.
