[RT] EVGA Announces An Amazon-Exclusive Geforce GTX 750 FTW 2GB - Page 2

I love EVGA but I personally am not into GPU bling in terms of cooling and OC capability until the 300$+ price point. Then i'd consider it. Then I would actually want it, I love factory OC'ed cards. A 780 classified with 12 power phases? Yes please. But the 750 non ti?

If you're going for a low end card, it just seems...strange? For a 120$ card going into a HTPC? I guess some people would be into that, but eh. I dunno. Not for me. But there's obviously someone out there that will buy this stuff, I suppose EVGA knows more about who buys what than I do. Also. The price on this card. 150$ What the?

I'd also love a low profile version of either the 750 or 750ti. Galaxy seems to making them, but their products are MIA except on their website direct sales. In the US anyway.

ASUS GTX750-PH-1GD5 is single slot + 1 fan on top but it has a regular width PCB

EVGA has a 2GB GTX 750 already https://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=02G-P4-2752-KR , http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=02G-P4-2754-KR

Wow thats... actually impressive. I wouldnt have expected to see low-pro versions of the 750ti. This would make a great low-end Steambox GPU.

If only they had a DP port instead of the VGA port.

If you use a EVGA Low profile bracket it gets rid of the VGA, you'll have DVI + HDMI.

Low profile bracket lacks DP , the only exception I see is Quadro K600 /Quadro 600 /Quadro 410 / Firepro V3900.

edit: if you mean for G-SYNC, yeh DP1.2 is an omission on almost every Maxwell card except Galaxy GC, Zotac's dual fan OC, + EVGA frown.gif

I think his train of thought is related to g-sync and the required DP for it.

Didn't evga used to do this with best buy? on older cards

the 260x is a little bit better than the 750 and it has 2gb of vram, so why not the 750?! Im sure it will help that card to perform at 1080p.

why not ? the 750 ti pull less than a 100w when its overclocked, its fairly easy to cool.

REally crappy MOSFETs. Runs hot and tend to blow up if you overclock too much.
