Need a suggestion regarding a motherboard upgrade : H67 to H77/Z77

My current build is :

Asus H67
I5 2500 (non K)
4 GB ram Kingston Value 1333 (2 x 2gb)
MSI GTX 660
Corsair TX750 V2
4 HDDs
1 DVD-RW
Fractal R4
Asus Xonar DG
3 x 140 mm fans

Everything is at stock and I intend to keep it at stock.

Now I wanted to buy an AsRock Extreme4/Extreme6 but after this thread :

I'm not so sure about it.

Will the jumpy voltage wear out my components faster or is it just something I shouldn't worry about if I leave stuff @ stock ?
Does it happen only happen when OC'ing ? In which case I'll pull the trigger this instant.

Or any other suggestions regarding motherboards ? Oh and I'd like it to be ATX no mITX or mATX.

In my country Z77 stuff is scarce. Other available models are :
ASUS Z77-A
. Z77-LX
Gigabyte Z77 D3H
Z77P-D3
Z77-DS3H
AsRock Z77Pro3
Extreme4
Extreme6
Pro3
MSI Z77A - G41

Thank you very much for your opinions and guidance !!!
