Well NVIDIA launched their dual-GPU GeForce GTX Titan Z just the other day and now it is AMD's turn. They have been hinting at launching a dual-GPU product with their #2betterthan1 viral campaign. Sources are now saying that the R9 295X2 codenamed Vesuvius will be launching April 8th.
Do you guys think this is legit? Will you be getting one?
I don't recall the other articles having a rumored date, if they did I'm sorry.

Up to AMD to make a proper cooler.
Having this bad feeling they'll reuse the 7990 one though.

£1000 would make it a damn sweet deal.

hybrid cooled
Probably connects to a fat 120mm Rad.
And considering Crossfire scales better then SLI the TitanZ will have pretty good competition for performance.

TitanZ wont drop in price. It's not geared towards the same audience as the R9 295X2. Gamers vs Professionals.

They're making you pay the price using the ' it's a professional product ' premise. Completely different thing.
Quadros and Teslas are geared towards professionals.

This needs to have a close loop cooler on it or its going to be like the 7990 or worse (most likely worse)

Properly designed air cooler would work.

AMD needs to come through for us and make this $1000, and tell NVIDIA to screw off with their constant insane price jacking.
I can't believe it's gotten to the point where $1000 for a graphics card sounds like an incredibly good deal.
