Upgrade from H60 (Old version)?

I've had an H60 since about 2010-2011 and it has been doing pretty well with my 2500k on stock speeds. I'm finally upgrading my motherboard, so I will be OCing to at least 4.6ghz. Will I need to upgrade from my old version of the H60 to keep mid-range temps? If yes, switch to air cooling or stick with water cooling? I own a HAF 922 with stock fans and the optional 200mm side fan as well.

I'd see how well the h60 performs once you overclock before buying a cooler that you may not need. If you do end up upgrading, I'd stick with an AIO cooler. They have a much cleaner look IMO.

Could you show me an example of an AIO on Newegg?

I've used H60's with i5-2500k's in several builds. If you add a 2nd fan, one on each side of the radiator, in a push-pull configuration - it will likely have no issues handling an overclock to 4.6ghz.

If the h60 doesn't give you desirable temps I'd go for an h80. They are a little thicker but perform quite nicely. Otherwise, if you decide to go the straight air cooling route noctua makes some high quality hsf. The major drawback to these is that you have a massive block hanging off you motherboard.
