@TC All I know, whether it be fair or not, is what I have from the download is drivers and drivers only.
Did you install everything that is on the CD? Maybe that's where it is. Or, browse through the Programs menu in the Start Menu. Or, C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86). Maybe it's installed already.
I installed the download from the site which you yourself pointed to and said contained the EQ. It does not. Attached pics to show that it does not.
Also you are right about the RealTek, which from my brief reading can be problematic. Will disable. Thanks.
If you want to be able to adjust things simply in real time, yeah, I agree that a graphical EQ is definitely easier to use and set up.
yes sir, that is exactly what I am looking for.
A bit of a rant, so please excuse: Way behind in my Cisco Cert classes and also buried in my business, so I didn't realize that finding something so simple could prove so difficult. Also am not a visual or sound person - just love quality audio and jazz and had hoped to have a more sculpted sound, not just the one size fits all that belches out of the amp.
At any rate, thanks to all. Life is, after all, an adventure, isn't it? And technology has sure made things both more convenient but also more complicated.
