hi guys,

i know some of us buy our stuff in bits as money becomes available, and normally the cheaper stuff comes 1st and the dearest stuff later.
so when you buy your fans your pumps, clc's ect how can we test them without a psu

well what i use to test my fans and watercoolers is a 12v battery pack that i made myself from maplins

all you need is

to test molex/sata stuff i can create another wire using the connectors i have, and if i need less voltage remove some batteries.

Pretty slick

I use an AC adapter with a molex connection.

that cost me £5 or less in total to make and i can take it anywhere.

wonder if i could mod an adapter to charge mp3 players/phones
