I'd change the Corsair TX Series 750 Watts for a higher efficiency PSU if electricity is high cost, it'd save you ~ $20-30/year which would pay itself off in 2-3 years if you get a Rosewill CAPSTONE-750-M, XFX Pro 750W Black Edition , EVGA supernova G2 750W , Seasonic G series 750W or X series 750W/760W Platinum.

My Seasonic platinum has paid for itself already, you are on the right track with a platinum rated PS in your main build. Your largest cost over a 2 year period will be power cost, including the power to run the AC to move the heat out of your house.

Assuming you pick what project you want, grab a video card that gives you the most credit per watt for that project. 20 nm cards are at least a few months away and I've been on the lookout for a cheap 780 myself.
