I have been heavily slacking! Along with being a avid gamer, I recenctly(several months ago) really got into staying healthy and fit. Last week I realized I had no more food, also that I had ran out of suppliments for working out. So I had to go shopping, stock pile back up for the next few months. I should have enough food now to last me a few months so I have a quite a few paychecks to keep investing into my PC. Today I did go ahead and purchase my ram as well as half of my fans for my tower. I still have another 3 to get. I was going to purchase my PSU, but after reading the reviews, and the fact it had the same 1 egg reviews as it did 5 star, that really scared me. Lots of people where complaining that it died within in a month to 2 months of having it. So I am going to keep looking at quality 1200w+ power supplies.

I got my ram today, a lot smaller than what I expected lol. Also got some 4 of the 7 fans and installed them. Should look nice.

Then with dark in the background, which is where my PC will be.

The RAM

I also switched up my PSU I am getting after reading many bad reviews about the one I was going to get. Switched to this thing.

Just went and pruchased all the remaining stuff except the graphics cards. Going to wait for those to drop some still. Grabbed the 3 200mm fans, a Antec 1300W platinum PSU, and a ASUS Maximus VI extreme board as well as my 3 LG 27" monitors. Things are starting to come together!

Finished buying everything. Bought 2 Gigabyte R9 290's for 380 a peice. I updated my first post to show everything I am running, how much I spend on each item also and grand total. I should have all the finaly products here on Monday. I will be leaving tomorrow to go on vacation until sunday. So this thing should be built by next week. Once it starts I will snag pictures daily as I work on it and make sure to get them in here.

I came home from Michigan today with a nice stack of packages. My monitors PSU and the last of my fans came in. I installed the PSU easily, the fans don't fit so well. Can only get 1 of the 2 in the top two spots. They are 200mm fans, I might have to do some gutting on them to make them fit. I got my monitors set up and took pictures of how I had to gut the stands in order to make everything fit right. I didn't take anything pictures of them actually set up just yet because I am waiting to get my TV set up. Should be done tomorrow. Along with that tomorrow again is when the rest of the stuff should arrive. Here roll the pics.

first cut but wasn't enough

This worked better

Will take pictures of the full set up tomorrow including monitors once it's all done. There will be a total of 5 monitors in this, 3 in a stretched screen on my main rig, this build. My old monitor on a old desktop for quick internet access while gaming, and a TV above it all. Stay tuned!!!

Slacked on getting all the pictures up. Took me just until yesterday to get everything working fully. I love it, played several games in eyefinity and it looks so damn awesome. Also went out to Microcenter and picked up a gaming keyboard and mouse and am very happy with them. All I need now is a coaxial cable for my TV, a longer HDMI cable for it for my PC, then a extra power slot on my strip for the TV. Another thing that happened is the Hyper 212 sticks so far out when I go to close the case all the way, the fans presses against the heatsink and stops it. so I only have one of the scews on the side case and will leave it until I get a water cooling set up down the line. Pics shall ensue.

Installed ram

Installed CPU

I ended up having to take out the left side bay drive because the PSU wouldn't fit with the cords.

The desktop set up. Far left will be off my old PC for internet while in a serious game or something. Top is the TV.

New mouse, pretty dope.

And the best so far
