Issues with 780Ti Kingpin

I have 2 780Ti Kingpins. I flashed both to the LN2 and this is what I get.

These are close to the limits of what I can get out of the cards.

Card 1 core clocks to 1345 or so and card 2 only clocks to 1071 or so. Originally, the cards were swapped, I switched them to see if it was something other then the cards. I got the same OCing results when the cards were in their original locations. I've tested each one on its own and still get the same results. I've also tested each of them individually and get the same results. I also tried higher/lower voltages.

Looks like they are dud overclockers

why the GPU & Mem offsets are different on the two cards?

card 1: 77/166
card 2: 304/366

did you enable sync?

In the screens it looks like the 'sync' option in precision isn't checked, so only the selected card is being overclocked, check the sync box & see if both overclock.
They may still have different max clock after boost, but the base clock should OC on both simultaneously.

Hmm, yea that doesn't seem right. I don't think I have ever seen a card that cannot do at least 1250MHz. Does it boost any higher during 3D?

After putting a check in the "sync" box, it still seems to be lacking the ability to rev up the memory clock. The max offset I can get it to with out glitches is 130 and I've seen others go much higher. When I was doing them individually, I could get card 1's mem clock much higher and card 2's just a touch over this.
