I have same 830 128GB drive. The second benchmark looks better.
I took this a long time ago... maybe on my Q9550 setup, which would be SATAII.

I can run a new bench in a few hours when I get home.
You can run RAID and get 1000MB/s. It is rated per Port, and you use 2 SATAIII ports for RAID = 1200 MB/s.
