I did it the easy way: reasonably warm tap water, three sets of good shakes and DI water final rinse.

Ran out of patience. I NEEDED to have a little fun with clan fellas in cod4 so rushed out and set it all up not the way I should to switch it on asap. It is well known that I can not put up with more than a week without my rig ready to rock.
I am not 100% happy with the final result. I need more fan splitters (23 fans are a nightmare to plug to Aquaero6 biggrin.gif ), I also need the bracket for Aquaero6 which is already shipped to me (thanks to Sven) and I need to reconsider cable management smile.gif.
Nevertheless, many assembling "problems" were fixed during this first try. The M8 coupled with its pedestal it's a massive case and a pleasure to work on, lots of space but with all the wc gear I dropped in, I really felt I should have pulled the trigger to a TH10, I am not joking. 4 rads and a semi-modular PSU... that's a lot of cables and hoses to deal with...

I started assembling the 420 UT60's in the ped. Buttery smoth thanks to Noiseblocker's supplied assembling hardware.

Since the stop plugs are not flush with the rad istself, I had to use those thumb nuts (do not know the name in english) to rise the 3x140 radiator side mount and avoid dremeling. Easier to get the idea with the following shot:

zo1c.jpg

Theese 420's are exhausting in pull only. To provide cold air in the ped, I used 2x 140mm G-Silent Phobya fans with gaskets and Silverstone filters.

There was no room left inside the pedestal to install the inlet fans. 140.3 rads monopolice the available space, so I had to fit them from the outside. Not bad at all IMO!

Hard and solid drives in their place. No problem at all.

Transplant complete. Removable MB tray, what a feature!!!

Now is turn to assemble the rads inside the M8. MB side:

And PSU side. Monstaaaaaa with shrouds smile.gif

Here's the top view of the case and the first tube run to link those rads:

A little sleeving to hide those ugly coloured cables. Also cut some fake carbon fiber stickers to maintain the black aesthetics. Those two AP-14 GT's are going to be intaking fresh air into the MB side, they will spin as low as I can get from the Sentry LXE. The AP-13 will be intake also in the PSU side.

Time to dremel something. I reconfigured the stands which are supplied with the D5 mod kits in order to create some kinda feet for the Bitspower dual D5 pump top.

This is how the pedestal loop will end up being. The drain port is at the lowest position of the loop. I really think that I am going to have difficulties to access to it in the future.

The first route out of the pumps was going to go through the opening between the case and the MB tray but it hogged a lot of space and the mod kits where almost flush with the window. Had to change the route and it turned out a little better but not fully happy here. I will reconfigure the loop once I get the 6x fan splitters.

Since i needed to play cod4 so hardly I installed the res horizontaly at the PSU side the best I could. As stated before, not much happy with the result. I though it was going to look better but I will end assembling it the oldschool way.

That how mumukin is working now. I am a little lazy to bleed it again but I want a neat and tidy rig no matter the time I spend on it. Well, I enjoy every minute of it. Anyone else here second that?

Man cave:

I am waiting to receive the bracket for my Aquaero6 to mount it as it is needed. Then, I'll post more pics.
Now I am not really proud of the result, everything is just ready to use, but not properly assembled biggrin.gif

By having just the two inlet fans and 6 fans exhausting in the pedestal you are most likely diminishing airflow through the rads. Better off just leaving the holes empty. I would remove the bottom panel as well. Understand you are trying to filter the air. The way you have it now the rad fans are just going to try and pull the extra air they need through all the small holes and cracks. Recommend reversing the airflow and using filters on the grills. Just a suggestion.

I totally agree with you. I will end up buying more 140 mm fan filters to reverse the airflow in the ped as you suggest. The reason for this config is because I initially though that those grills in the pedestal had bigger holes and I prefered to see fan blades to fan filters. Now I have realized that it is dificult to see what really is inside them so this is now on my future improvement plans.

I am waiting for some AF120 fans as case fans and more Noisebloquers PL-2 to run the monsta in P/P.

I put the filters inside the grills because I did not want to see them. Burned holes through the filter with soldering iron and added a 6/32 nut under the mounting posts so the grills still snap on.
