cpu is at 48c and gpu 32c is this now fixed? cpu at 20% is this a big issue? aka damaged anything? im quite protective of my stuff sorry lol rolleyes.gif

you should check what is using that 20% in task manager > processes. temps a little high, what cooler are you using?

Sort them by CPU decreasing. System idle process is normal.
Also, I wouldn't recommend OCing more than 3800 MHz on stock cooler. Yours runs at 4100MHz currently which is 700 over stock frequency.

i havent touched anything dude, never overclocked or touched bios

Go to bios and reset to standard settings see if that works ..

It's applying auto-turbo settings. Nothing at all to worry about.

Those temps are normal on the stock coolers and are of no concern.
