Was planning to go for PWM for the radiator and connect them to CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT and let the MB control the speed based on the CPU temp as the CPU is the only device in my watercooling loop.

Might want to think about using a PWM splitter. That way you only have to make 1 header respond to temp changes. For 2 fans something like this

or more than 2 they have a 8 way module too

Yes had looked at those splitters but saw mixed reviews. Have you used them?

I have not used the 8 but have several of the 2-way ones. Its quite simple device ( you could build yourself if you REALLY wanted to ) so I dont know what would be the problem.

But yes, all of mine work perfectly.

Ok cheers. Could do with saving a PWM header as the Rampage IV Extreme only has two despite the user guide saying all the fan headers are.

If you are not too bothered by noise and looks, I don't think you need fans as your CPU is well within spec. Even if you do get new fans it won't make much difference.

Ok good to know. Will research the links above and check the temps once I install the new GPUs.

Appreciate everyone's advice.
