2560x1440 x3, R9 290. Necessary adapters?

Thread Starter
Is anyone else running this setup? I am in the process of upgrading my 1080 x3 to 1440x3 and have found that my display port to DVI adapter will not work on the new monitor.

Does anybody know which adapters can output at 1440p and will support the korean displays?

Also, does anyone know if it is possible to do a 5x1 setup with these displays on the R9 290, It looks to me like it lacks enough outputs for it..

Careful if you choose to get another R9 290 and go CrossFireX. There's a bug with CFX where DisplayPort outputs don't seem to work properly when running CFX.

This look like it might work?

Also thanks for the heads up, i was thinking about cfx but i prob won't bother after reading that.
