It'll drive 4 120mm Scythe Kama fans (which are 7W per fan) per channel with almost no speed drop vs only having one fan on the channel.

That fan controller's PWM control for 3-pin fans is not the same thing as PWM control for 4-pin fans like the OP has. They are different animals altogether. That fan controller is for voltage controlling 3-pin fans. It's not a good idea to try to control 4-pin fans that way.

edit:
FWIW Zalman makes a couple 4-pin PWM fan controllers, but I've not heard much about them.

Zalman ZM-MFC1 Combo
Zalman ZM-MFC3

The only PWM fan controllers that I have heard good things about have been the Aquaero models 5 & 6.

I'd rather go with something internal like Unicr0nhunter posted because the 750d look awful with something in the 5.25 bay

Actually it looks like the Asrock extreme 6 only has 1 pwm header. That makes me very sad.. Would it be a bad thing whatsoever to mix PWM with normal fans?

Glancing through the manual for the Z87 Extreme6 it looks like both the CPU_FAN1 and the CHA_FAN1 are both 4-pin PWM fan headers.

I actually saw that as I got the notification for your post. Haha. Now I'm just trying to figure out where on the board the chassis fan 1 header is, and my phone is not making that easy.

Edit: Found it. Way down on the bottom right. Hopefully that pwm splitter is long enough.
