you arent really planning an upgrade. thats more of a side grade. you need to go to a 240 rad to actually upgrade.

You can add your own fan for push-pull if it only comes with one

This. Personally, I wouldn't even waste the money changing AIO coolers. You'd see maybe a few degree difference between the two you are debating and your current one

Just getting a thicker rad will not net you any significant gains.
Thich rads need push/pull at higher speeds to really jump ahead of a slim rad.

And yeah, I'd consider going custom if you want to upgrade.
To me shopping around, and researching each component is part of the fun.
Maybe start with an XSPC 240, or 360 AIO kit with a D5 pump?

They are a bit more expensive than your average sealed AIjO kit, but all the parts can be upgraded at a later time if you wish, unlike a sealed AIO kit.

Can i use this case with the 240 rad boltet to the top:Zalman Z11 Plus? From what i have read it has two 120 emplacements there, so i thought of buing it to get a 240 kit since my own case does not have room or emplacements for 240.
