I know you don't plan to overclock, but I just found a build that is possibly "too good to be true", and might be worthwhile. It allows overclocking, although really I'm listing this, because it's a pretty good deal. Don't be scared of TEAM RAM.

Storage($60) - Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5

RAM($62) - Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

GPU+CPU+Motherboard combo($582) - MSI Gaming N760 TF + Intel Core i5-4670K + Intel Core i5-4670K
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1461093

Total Price - $710, with shipping, rebates not included. Read below for a possibly additional discount.

Here's the kicker You can apply the promo code EMCPFPG26 to the GPU even though it's in a combo, which brings the total price down to $690

Only issue is, I'm not sure if they'd cancel your order over this or not. should be fine though.
