Some questions regarding OC. [AMD FX-4300]

Thread Starter
Hello,

Im pretty new at OC'ing, but currently I have clocked my CPU from 3.8 to 4.12GHz by increasing only CPU FSB to 217. I will line up my questions for easier reading.

1. When should I increase CPU voltage? Am I right if I say "When the system get's unstable at load" ?
2. According to MSI Control Center, it only has sensors on CPU and "System temp". Is the Motherboard sensor NB, SB, MOSFET etc?
2. Will the system automatical shut down if a component on the motherboard get's overheated?

Specs:
AMD FX-4300 Black Edition
MSI 970A-G43
Sapphire Radeon R9 Dual-X 270X OC edition 2gb
Hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler.

Temps:
CPU IDLE - 37c
CPU, Prime95 - 42c
System IDLE - 28c
System Load - Have not checked.

Is System temp my MB?

MSI mobo have low quality vrms and should not be used for overclocking. The FX series chips are all unlocked, meaning you can increase the CPU Multi instead of increasing the FSB. Read this- http://www.overclock.net/t/943109/about-vrms-mosfets-motherboard-safety-with-125w-tdp-processors
