The new PTE would have to have to move heaven and earth to knock out the bad memories I've had using the old ones. I guess it's possible, but to correct the tracking, z-axis, sensitivity to sound and debris, cursor crawl, dynamic DPI, etc..etc... I'm not sure that's possible, especially with how they've "corrected" the problems in the past.

I have an old school X52 Flight Control System. It's badass.

Before the mouse obsession got to me I've owned a lot of joysticks, some of them real classics like the 3D Pro. Ah, the Descent days.

I have a bit of a fight stick fetish. I also have one of every generation of Mad Catz stick, and a Hori Fighting Edge that I picked up after EVO. It's a sickness... It comes from my long standing love affair with the Neo-Geo. I actually have a 4-slot big red Neo-Geo in my man cave.

I'd definitely be interested to see if it has dynamic CPI, the Z-Axis bug (I mean at all, not that it's been minimized), and how sensitive the cursor is to vibrations (speakers, tapping fingers, moving your chair).
