Silent Powerhouse - Page 4

I'd rather go with the Nvidia card in this case. I've had issue with AMD cards in the past. I'm looking at this one right now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125463

Great card, my dad has one and he loves it. His auto-OC's to like 1180MHz.

That's it? My Asus DCu2 Overclocks to like 1308 with the voltage all the way up. Out of the box it was around 1253

I'm looking to order this all today, hopefully I'm confident in this soon enough! The original post has all the items I currently have in my cart. The question is, for around 1500, is this the best possible build? Keeping in mind I want something cool and quiet? I won't mind spending more money now, I'm probably going to get approved for the Newegg card, so I can spend a little more.

Yup, I have the funds for even more. So should I just upgrade the RAM now instead of down the line? I'm checking this out http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148666

Nope, spend the extra money on getting into a GTX 780 or R9 290X. Whichever you can get for cheaper (without a stock cooler). The R9 290X is a little faster then the GTX 780.
