The coolers come with it already on, sometimes in a small tube. But they are rarely actually decent. Some arctic cooling mx-4 should be a good price and is a great paste.

You got the noctura right? It comes with pretty decent compound. No need to buy anything extra

Make sure the motherboard isnt tightened down too tight, can cause it to short and not start. Also ensure the PSU is properly plugged in and the 8-pin is in the 8-pin slot at the top of the motherboard (I forget this one all the time lol)

I ensured all the above. Taking it to a shop right now, won't know until tomorrow probably..

I took the wires out, and plugged them back in and it worked.. very strange.
