It should be displayed that it is running at about 2k or 4k rpm(depends on MB)

Where do i find that out, via the corsair link software??
Also make sure that the pump is running at full speed
If the pump is connected on a 3-pin header then ok
But if it is connected on a 4-pin header disable any fan control for that header so that is gives 12V all the time.

Yes you should find it in the bios or in the corsair link
Could you post a pic of corsair link? so that we can see pump speeds?

Bios says fan speeds are 2351 RPM.

It's connected to a 4pin header. Do i disabled all fan controls for that header in the bios??

How do i know which ones to disable? (sorry if that's a bit of a dumb question)

It is starting to sound temp related. What kind of airflow do you have through the case itself ? Have you run it with the side panel on or off?

If you haven't added anyfnas to that case I think you might be starved for air. If you haven't already run it with the side door off and set the CPU_NB voltage back to auto.

Check which is the fan header that you have the pump installed and then go to the bios and disable any fan control for that header

I have one 5inch fan on the rear of the case and no room for any other i have a rail that supports the graphics card that has an option for a small fan i may have room to fit one on it.

That's not going to cut it. Is there room infront of the HDD cages for aany fans. When I had my 9370 in a case with the TT 2.0 AIO I was running over 300 CFM through that case. I'm almost certain this is part of your problem. Just take the side doo off the case and give it a try.

Single 120mm fan for the whole case and a 9590? Yikes.

Any luck/difference with running on 1 stick of ram?
