press PrtScn on the keyboard(printscreen) and paste it on the painting
save it as a file and upload it here with the maximum allowed resolution

OK i will have a go, but i have done nothing but restart this thing for the last 10 minutes, it just seem to get progressively worse as time goes on.

The second i turn the fans on to Maximum speed the open hwinfo it shuts the PC down before i can even hit "print screen"

Can't even do simple browsing now with out it locking up.

Could it be the cooler that's at fault??

I mean i have had a lower spec CPU and i have tried different RAM, one stick, two sticks.

But why has it been ok for weeks and now it's beyond basic use.

It's times like these that I wish I had an O-scope at home. I'm sure some of the geeks around here do biggrin.gif

Un installed the ASUS software, just put another CPU with it's own heat sink. so not using the H100i, it's only a quad core and it locked up almost straight after booting up.

I have now just booted with F5 settings, so i will see what happens.

Do you have another system you can test ram in and which prime stress test are you running Small, Large, Blend

Also just to make things clear:
The 4 core chip worked with no issues until you went down to single stick of ram
Also the 8 core was what you used and was fine except random crashes and just keep getting worse

Sounds like you may have bad ram to me

Right with F5 setting and a quad core in, i managed to run P95 for a similar length of time, no more than 5 mins and it locked up, i noticed CPU was only at 45c.

I have put some RipSkill in and it's still done the same thing.
