Some websites really slow

Hi,

I recently just bought a new laptop and it's fairly decent.

It's spec is:
A8-4500
4GB RAM
1TB HD with loads of free space and doesn't need defragged.

I have 150mb internet.

The issue I'm having is that some websites like Facebook and Twitter take lots of time to load.. For example loading new tweets or favourting/retweeting, when you click the button to load tweets it takes a good few seconds before it loads and the same with facebook, navigating through pages is quite slow and loading up images takes a good few seconds. Scrolling up and down with Facebook and Twitter is very sluggish as well. Using the Overclock website it loads well.

Anyone know what causes this? My desktop doesn't do it but it's a good bit more powerful, see my signature.

Did your laptop come with tons of pre-instaled bloatware?

as a 4GB laptop, I recommend and urge you to introduce it to pc-decrapifier.

Yes, but very little.

I plan to upgrade to 8GB asap.

I don't use Facebook that much, but recently when I viewed someone's profile, Facebook was causing Firefox to hang, behave very sluggishly, and use lots of CPU power.  Obviously, they have written a bad script that is very CPU intensive.  About a month ago, Amazon did the same thing.  I don't like browsing their site anymore.  I suggest submitting a complaint to Facebook about their new CPU intensive scripts.  I was going to recommend Firefox for Internet browsing because it loads pages very quickly.  But now that I see you're using Chrome, and from what I understand, Chrome is the fastest at executing scripts.
