Asus Fan Xpert 2 on Sabertooth p67 -- RPM Fix Mode Issues

I have Asus II suite I downloaded from one of the Asus ROG boards on Asus' website because I have an older motherboard running windows 8.1, so the drivers that came with it wont install to 8.1. Before in windows 7 I used Asus thermal radar program to control fans, now I have Fan Xpert 2. It works, but sort of. How do I get RPM Fix Mode to work? Every time I try to use it, it drops my fans to 0 RPM no matter where I put the slider. It ramps up to the slider and back down to 0 every time I click on it.

Have you tried downloading AI Suite II from their web-page?
Downloads and support for Sabertooth P67
Not sure if it makes any difference, but seeing that you're using fan xpert as opposed to thermal radar, you might have the wrong version of AI Suite.

No. The reason why I'm using an AI suite from a different board is because the version that was originally made for the P67 doesn't support Windows 8.1. Only XP through 7. I want to use Thermal Radar, but I can't get it working. I've tried installing the suite from EVERY Sabertooth board Asus has. Nothing. For now Fan Xpert 2 in AI Suite II from the Z77 platform works. I guess I don't need RPM FIx Mode really when I could just do the same thing with a flat fan curve. I just wish Asus had better support for their older products on newer OSs.
