560 Jump up.

Thread Starter
So I bought a 560 from a old coworker of mine for a good price last year and sold my 460. I just recently upgraded from a AMD 1090T to and 8350 and also just got the Corsair Vengeance 8gb set. I am considering finishing up with a new GPU. I am not picky with AMD/ATI or NVIDIA. I am just wondering is it worth it to spend the money for a new GPU or do you think the 560 is just fine?

Thanks guys.

Nobody can answer this question but you. Which games do you play? Do you get acceptable fps in your games with good settings? What is your budget?

Right now I play Titanfall, LoL, WoW, and I am really wanted to get ESO. And maybe the new EXP for Diablo 3. Right now I am putting all those games on high setting and having no issues from what I can see. But I feel ESO may be a different story. My budget is 200-300. So I I dont have to worry about getting something unless it will be a dramatic difference.

I know it comes down to me but I do like to get others input on things like this just to be open minded about it.

I see. With 200-300 budget you can choose between GTX 760 or R9 280 non-X (Radeon HD 7950 rebrand) both will be significantly faster than a GTX 560.
I had a GTX 470 which is about as good as GTX 560 and the upgrade to my HD 7950 made about 40% increase at the very least to over 100% in some games.
But-IMHO- since now you are satisfied with the 560 with your current games and only worried about ESO why don't you get the game first, try it out on the 560 and decide to upgrade then when it is not enough?

Also probably you might need a CPU OC if you stepped to a higher end card, while the FX 8320 is an awesome processor you might have to overclock it to get the most out of the 760 or 7950 because WoW & LoL afaik require a bit of CPU power, probably the other games that you listed are very CPU intensive since most of them are online multi-player games.

Good Luck
