CPU causing CSGO to crash?

Playing CSGO and my game keeps crashing withing a few minutes on a server. Sometimes it's 5min, sometimes it's 15min.
Specs.
i3 540 @ 4.46GHz
ASUS P7H55-M
4GB Samsung ram (2 sticks)
GTX 280 1GB
win7 32bit

CSGO stops responding with this message:

Is it something to do with the processor?

Is that CPU overclocked? I'm pretty sure it is. Anyway.

Have you tried running the game at stock clocks? Your overclock could be unstable enough to cause your game to crash.

At stock clocks the game loses a lot of fps
It is a stable clock
6 hour OCCT test
good temperatures

Perhaps its smart to run some more / different stress tests, and perhaps at a longer time.
