So im planning to cool the following setup and have gotten everything but the rads.

i have the following:

Raven RV02 Case
Apogee Drive 2
Dual 780 ti w/ EK water blocks
4770k haswell

Looking to put the cpu and both gpus under water. Can anyone recommend what kinda rad sizes i would need to cool these down while overclocking?

Thanks in Advance.

What are your average ambient temperatures?
Do you plan on overclocking the CPU or GPU's?
What fans will you be using and how will they be configured?

ambient temperatures are probably around 70 Degrees
Yes i plan on overclocking both.
Fans have not been sorted out yet as i'll need to know the rad sizes.

i know the RV02 isnt necessarily the best case for cooling since its limited on rad space.

Thanks for the reply

Alright, I'd suggest a minimum of 2x360 Rads.
Make sure they are 45mm or thicker.
I also suggest getting static pressure fans in push/pull at a medium fan speed, especially if the Rads use a high FPI.

wow i'd need 2 x 360? i think the raven can only handle a 360 or a 480 on the bottom and another 120mm on the top. would i really be overheating if i used one 360/480 and one 120. what are the best 360 or 480 and 120 i could get? Thanks again.

Well, don't worry. Let's figure something out. If your case can support a 480, that's good news. I suggest getting a thick 480 with a medium to high FPI count. I strongly suggest using medium speed fans optimized for static pressure in a push/pull configuration.
And you have room for a 120 right? If so, get one. It will help that little bit extra. Same rules apply for the 120!

These rads will perform well. Just please double check you can actually fit them. Take into account the whole size of the Rad, including the area for inlet and outlet!

480mm:
XSPC RX480 Quad 480mm Radiator V3
120mm:
Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta 120mm
As for the fans, can't go wrong with Corsair SP 120's or the more premium Noctua NF F12's

You might want to pick up a fan controller as well. You can then speed the fans up only when required. thumb.gif Go with the Akasa FC6.

Hope this helps.

since the raven cases are built for 3x 180mm rads, use that.

as far as ive found the thinnest 3x 180 rad is the magicool and its 35mm. these are the obsolute best 180mm fans made.

by the way, surface area wise

3x 180mm = 97200
2x 3x120 = 86400

but, uh, is it the raven 2 or the raven 2-e?
