Set the multi as high as it will go before the turbo option grays out under CPU options or whatever subscreen off the screen from the second tab up top. Once you have done that, go to back to the second tab's screen and set your turbo multiplier there; you set the top one, and the other three cores should fall into line. There is a bug with the board where if you set the base multi higher than 34 or 36, it doesn't set anything else right having to do with the multiplier in windows even though the bios seems to hint otherwise.

With my base multi at 34 or 36 I can use turbo boost to get to go as high as my chip will allow for the voltage I feed it.
