Calling Gigabyte 780GHZ owners. - Page 2

Yes, I am with OC version, max temp in my case in the heaviest games is 69-72 depending of room temperature and overclocking (1241 core, 6600 mem). For a while I was with two cards and the upper one in BF4 was around 80-81 degrees, the second one 69-71. Check your case airflow. I have tried with open side panel - 2 degrees more.

I am using auto fan too and the rpms are lower than yours. If I set manually 60% (for tests) the max core temp with one card is 65 degrees. What is your ambient temperature ?

20 C , temps in room are ok. Case is ok too. So maybe i get worst card? On auto fan settings i have 78-80C. Its near 3000 RPM.

Try some tests with open case and see how are the temperatures. If the GPU core temperature is worse => the airflow inside the case is ok and the problem is somewhere else. If the GPU temp is better => you have a bad airflow inside the case.

With custom fan curve, I don't think I saw it over 70c. The fan would be around 55% speed at that temp. By the way guys, how does your card sound around 50-60% speed? Is the middle fan supposed to be louder then the outer two?
