Corsair K70 Dead within 4 Hours Of Delivery

Hello.

This morning, I taken delivery of my black Corsair K70 Cherry MX Red keyboard. I played a few games, typed a bit and everything was working great with the keyboard, I had to go shopping, so I shutdown my computer, but when I returned home and booted-up my PC, I noticed the keyboard wasn't lighting up. Once my PC booted into Windows 8.1 the keyboard still had this issue, so I tried plugging it out and back in the USB port. Absolutely no response from the keyboard, apart from Windows making the usual hardware connect/disconnect noise? So I tried connecting the keyboard to different USB ports, still no response from it? I've tried restarting/shutting down my PC, again still nothing? I've even tried moving the Bios mode switch on the keyboard to all available positions, the issue remains.

My Corsair K70 was a replacement for my Razer Deathstalker Expert, which is an excellent keyboard for typeing but not Gaming, and I've tested it in all USB ports... It works flawlessly. So, unless anyone on this forum has a solution for the K70, I'm just gonna have to say it's most likely dead.

Could be a 4hr ish DOA. I have the exact same keyboard that I got from Christmas. No issues at all. Try it on another machine if possible. If it's still giving you issues then, take it back to where you got it and get it replaced.

I don't own another PC besides this. The only thing I can do is test it on my PS4, but I'm not sure if keyboards are compatible on consoles?

****UPDATE****

I connected the keyboard to my PS4. The keyboard was detected, but no response from the keyboard - no LED's lighting up, etc.
