So you're saying its just building Voltage for my Cpu? I've never heard of that before lol
I have the 990FXA-UD3 revision 4,however that only happens when i make changes in the UEFI bios.
When starting from power off I get some odd 2-3 second delay before I hear the POST beep and see the motherboard boot screen. I always assumed it was a "hardware check" or something.

I didn't update my Bios at all. It just started randomly happening for no reason.

It is a hardware check. It's called POST. Power On Self Test.

It's not POST. I don't hear a Beep or even see the Boot screen before it restarts.

You might have a bugged BIOS,maybe contacting Gigabyte couldn't hurt?

Yes,I'm aware of that,I'm just not used to waiting for such a long power on test,I would have to assume it's because of the dual UEFI chips on the board.
